Chennai: Feeling too low, lonely, nothing seems to be right, annoyed with the world, and in a mood to destroy yourself, then most probably you are under depression attack. Whether you are a common man, or a crowd gatherer, depression falls on all. And more intense is the case when you are a celebrity under the eye scanner of masses. Recently when he underwent shoulder surgery, he went into a phase of depression, as unable to cope up with the pain, plus the pressure to remain an active figure during his releases. One of the hottest star, with stunning features and heartthrob of many, too had been struggled in life with phases of depression. Earlier his father did mention that her daughter is mentally ill and needs to seek Doctor’s help. After her mother’s death, she went into a lonely sad phase, and concealed herself to her home and cut short her public appearance, with finally taking up a movie project which involved her to do stunts. She was keen to the movie,as it required her to be actively involved and it helps her to get out of the bad phase. Give some fight to the sadness!

Among the finest actors in Bollywood, upon hearing the news of she being suffering from Breast Cancer, she broke into pieces. Sad and alone, mingled less with people. Silently and gradually,she went into depression. Having negative thoughts about her sickness, but with family beside her for help, she overcame the sadness. Known for her dressing sense and weird styles, she looks bold, beautiful and confident. What she hides behind her powerful persona, is her bad phases in life. She revealed that she was saddest when on tour of Australia,she herself didn't know the reason behind it, she tells further that, “being famous is tough, as it keeps her away from her parents for too long”though fighting with sad phase in life she at a point got addicted to “Marijuana” drug. Her best way to deal with sadness and dark feelings is to convert it into music. Whenever she feels low, she goes into the studio and works on the music for hours. The powerful character she played in X-Men, reminds of her strength and power she beholds in herself in real life. After her two failed marriages,she went into a very sad and depressing phase. She was left lonely and with no reason to be happy, she attempted suicide; but remembering her mother and the sacrifices she made for her children, she was determined not to let her mother down. She thanks her mother and her friends, who helped her fight back, with will power and care, and made her realize the reality of life, and taught her to be happy. She also remarked that marriage is not the ultimate solution, and two people can be happy together, even without a ring and a piece of paper. True indeed!

True to her words, when she said, “she wanted to work with and for people, instead report the news about them.” She used her fear and anxiety to move ahead in life. She was just a child when she was sexually abused and was pregnant at the age of 14. She ran away from home, after having not so good relationship with her mother. She never gave up and looked back, and held herself together towards where, she stands today.
